Chris Wilson
Chris has more than 16 years of experience developing and implementing strategic business plans leading to substantial revenue, profit growth, and client satisfaction. Prior to joining LCS, Chris spent 13 years with Oracle Consulting as the State and Local West Regional Consulting Account Manager responsible for Oracle Application and Technology business development, service delivery, and staff management. On the weekends, Chris enjoys spending time with his family; camping, boating, riding ATVs, and hosting family barbecues.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER; FOUNDER
Stéphane Côme
Stéphane Côme is the co-founder and visionary behind LCS Technologies. During his 20-plus years as a System Architect and Oracle Database Tuning Expert for Oracle, Stéphane discovered that the root of most design and performance issues was not technology. It was the inability of technical teams to work efficiently and effectively together. He founded LCS Technologies to assemble the best human and technical teams possible to guide customers toward the successful implementation of their IT projects. Developing and connecting elite technical teams that can work together to solve customer problems first fulfills Stéphane’s vision. This is the essence of LCS Technologies, Inc.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ara Davis
Ara is LCS’ Business Operations Manager, wearing many hats, including performing Human Resource responsibilities, Accounting and Administrative Assistance. Ara joined LCS in 2007, and supports the team in realizing success in technical, business, and community endeavors. Ara has also worked as a Business Analyst for LCS’ State government database redesign project. Prior to joining LCS, Ara was a teacher in Sacramento and the Bay Areas, as well as one year overseas. Ara’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Arts, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a certificate in Introduction to Oracle PL/SQL.
